1.Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all Members of the datojudi platform, including all products and services offered through datojudi.one and any related mobile applications or interfaces. By accessing or using any part of the datojudi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 datojudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, datojudi will use reasonable efforts to notify active Members via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the datojudi platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the datojudi Privacy Policy and any specific terms governing individual promotions, bonuses, or competitions, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register for and use the datojudi platform. This age restriction is a firm requirement and is enforced through identity verification (KYC) procedures during account registration.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. datojudi may request documentary evidence of age at any time.

2.3 If datojudi reasonably suspects that a Member is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned, and any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited.

2.4 The datojudi platform is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the datojudi platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the datojudi platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or under another identity, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. datojudi may, at its sole discretion, require Members to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. Required documentation may include a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your datojudi login credentials. You must notify datojudi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. datojudi will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care to protect your credentials.

3.4 datojudi reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the Member relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 All financial transactions on the datojudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Now), and supported cryptocurrency methods (USDT).

4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and Member verification tier. Current limits are displayed within your datojudi account wallet dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. datojudi reserves the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.

4.4 Funds deposited with datojudi may only be used for gaming activity on the platform. datojudi does not offer credit and is not a bank or financial institution. Deposits are held in segregated accounts for the protection of Member funds.

4.5 datojudi operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Suspicious deposit patterns or withdrawal requests inconsistent with gaming activity may be subject to investigation, freezing of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 datojudi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

5.2 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified validity period; unfulfilled bonuses will expire and be removed from the Member's account.

5.3 datojudi reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time. Any bonus obtained through abuse, exploitation of errors, or circumvention of terms will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Welcome bonuses and new Member promotions are available to each person once only. Attempts to claim new-Member promotions through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account termination.

6.Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 All games available on the datojudi platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those specific game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.2 The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, betting robots, or any form of technical assistance designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. datojudi employs detection systems to identify such usage; any account found to be in violation will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

6.3 datojudi's random number generators (RNG) and live casino outcomes are subject to regular independent third-party auditing for fairness. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published and maintained within audited tolerances.

6.4 In the event of a technical fault, server error, or game malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome, datojudi reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant wager. datojudi's decision in such circumstances is final.

7.Responsible Gaming

7.1 datojudi is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. A comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools is available to all Members from within their account settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion (temporary and permanent), and reality check notifications.

7.2 datojudi strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as described in Clause 2. The platform will not knowingly permit underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or parental inquiry concerning underage access.

8.Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the datojudi platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements, is the intellectual property of datojudi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the datojudi platform without the express prior written consent of datojudi.

9.Limitation of Liability

9.1 The datojudi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, datojudi excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 datojudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses resulting from: technical faults, connectivity issues, service interruptions, or any third-party content.

9.3 datojudi's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 datojudi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, underage gambling, duplicate accounts, or abusive behaviour toward platform staff.

10.2 Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances, net of any bonus funds utilised in contravention of these Terms, will be returned to the Member following completion of applicable verification and investigation procedures.

10.3 You may close your datojudi account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will prevent you from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 datojudi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with datojudi, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 datojudi will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the platform (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) under appropriate data processing agreements.

12.Amendments to Terms

12.1 datojudi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where amendments are material, datojudi will provide reasonable advance notice to active Members. Your continued use of the datojudi platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.Contact and Dispute Resolution

13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any datojudi service, you should first contact our customer support team via Live Chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected]. datojudi aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through datojudi's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by datojudi's licensing authority. datojudi will cooperate fully with any such external process.

13.3 These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of datojudi's licensing authority. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under that governing law.
